Best friends stay true,
best friends are apart of you,
They make you happy with a simple I love you,

They are your shoulder,
they are your laughter,
they try to please you,
and they try to help you.

One way or another,
near or far,
a best friend will be there,
maybe not by you,
because you are miles or a mile apart,
but they are there for you,
never moving,
never leaving.

you may fight with them,
you may cry with them,
but no mater what,
a best friend is there for you,
no matter if you have one or more,
each is different and each is strong,
strong and helpful even if all they do is stand there,
they are still there.
