In this world,
full of sin and sorrow,
you can only think and think,
when you think you get confused,
when you think you feel like a moldy old, rubber shoe,
when you think you might feel safe in a world unknown,
but think again and you'll find madness.

In this world,
what you do is called an action,
when you act you feel relieved,
when you act you feel guilt,
when you act in hatred you find death or pain,
when you act you might feel love or sorrow,
but act again and you'll see torture.

In this world,
no matter when,
you'll find this thing called hope,
you hope things will get better even at the depths of no return,
you hope you seek out the right life,
the right way,
but when you hope it's like wishing on a star,
it may or may not get you far.

In this world,
you have friends,
in this world you have family,
in this world is comfort ever lasting,
look and you may not find,
but sooner or later you will see,
that in this world where there is you and me,
is victory over all that is evil all that is saddening,
my friend to you this victory is just,
a small and simple,
happy hug.
